What is Rakanify?
Rakanify is a recruitment network for licensed recruitment agencies in Malaysia. Agencies connect with each other, find opportunities that fit their network and work together to place candidates. It is built by Zenara Jaya Sdn. Bhd., a software and AI company from Miri, Sarawak.
Is Rakanify a recruitment agency?
No. Rakanify is software for recruitment agencies. Zenara Jaya Sdn. Bhd. does not recruit, is not a party to any placement and never charges a placement fee. Each agency sets its own placement fees.
Who can join Rakanify?
Licensed recruitment agencies and licensed individual recruitment agents. Marketing agencies can also join free, to introduce agencies to Rakanify and earn.
Do I need a JTK licence to join?
Yes. Recruitment agencies and individual agents need a valid JTK licence. During sign-up you enter your licence and upload the certificate, and we check it before your account opens. Licences from JTK Semenanjung, JTK Sabah and JTK Sarawak are accepted.
How much does Rakanify cost?
One plan per agency: RM3,000 a month, paid in advance, after 30 days free. It includes 5 user accounts, and each extra user is RM100 a month. Deals within your own agency pay no Network Fee. When you place a candidate together with another agency, the Network Fee is 10% of your share of the placement fee, charged only after the client has paid. No payment is needed to start. Fees already paid are not refunded.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your account opens with 30 days free, counted from the day you activate it, and no payment is needed to start. After that the plan is RM3,000 a month per agency, paid in advance.
How do I join, and how long does it take?
Sign-up is online, in four steps and one sitting. Register your agency with its SSM number and contact (about two minutes), enter your JTK licence and upload the certificate, and we check the licence; your private status page updates by itself. Once approved, you activate your account and start free.
Are my clients and candidates kept private?
Yes. Your clients and candidates stay private until both sides confirm a connection. Your agency's candidate and client data belongs to your agency, and we process it only on your agency's instructions.
Is there a Rakanify mobile app?
Yes. The Rakanify app is on Google Play for Android phones, and it is coming soon to iPhone. It lets recruiters see the agencies they are connected with, opportunities as they open, their connections and their messages.
Where does Rakanify operate?
Rakanify launches in Malaysia. Expanding to the rest of Southeast Asia is the long-term vision.
